When will my book be delivered?

You will be notified with a tracking number once your book is dispatched.

Do you ship to my area?

We ship internationally to Asia, Australia, Europe, New Zealand, and North America (except Mexico). Shipment times are dependent on your address and country selected.

How will I receive my package?

US:

With US Standard post, the buyer authorises the carriers to leave the package without signature required (ATL: Authority To Leave). Any risk of loss passes to the buyer and/or any other person who signs for the receipt of the delivery. We are not responsible for your package once the carrier states ‘Delivered’ or ‘Notice left.’ Replacements for cookbooks are not eligible.

Canada / Australia / New Zealand / Asia / Europe:

If the buyer chooses an ATL (Authority To Leave) delivery option, any risk of loss passes to the buyer and/or any other person who signs for the receipt of the delivery. We are not responsible for your package once the carrier states ‘Delivered’ or ‘Notice left.’ Replacements for cookbooks are not eligible.

Duties and Taxes

Not applicable to US or Australian deliveries.

Other countries may be subject to customs clearance procedures. We can not be accountable for any additional customs or shipping fees. Duties and taxes are assessed by customs and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Can I cancel my order after I place it?

Cancellations can be made 24 hours from the time the order was placed. Once 24 hours have passed, there will be a 2% chargeback will be deducted from the full amount. Orders cannot be cancelled once your book is dispatched. Please contact us via the contact us form with your cancellation request.

Can I change my address after I order?

Addresses can be changed before your order is marked as ‘fulfilled,’ once your order is fulfilled, we cannot make changes to your shipping address. Please send us your new shipping address via the contact us form.

My package says delivered, but I don't have it.

Sometimes shipments can be incorrectly scanned by couriers. Your shipment status may be marked as delivered, however, if your package doesn't arrive please allow 1 to 2 days for delivery. Carriers may also leave your package in alternate places, we suggest looking around.

Return policy

We do not accept returns of cookbooks.

Refund policy

Refunds are only eligible for damaged cookbooks caused by third party carriers. Requests for reimbursement must be made within 7 days from the day the package is marked as delivered. Our team will review this case by case, please contact us via the contact us form with pictures for evidence. Please note that reimbursement can only be made if the evidence is provided.

We do not refund original shipping charges for goods that are refused for delivery at customs.
