Can I return or exchange an item I am not happy with that I’ve purchased from marionskitchen.com?
Each product provided by Marion’s Kitchen is subject to specific warranty terms, limitations and exclusions:
- That are supplied with the goods; or
- That are available from Marion’s Kitchen upon request.
Marion’s Kitchen will replace any goods that arrive at their destination faulty or damaged. Notification of faulty or damaged products must be received by Marion’s Kitchen Customer Service Department within 48 hours of the package being received. Under these circumstances, Marion’s Kitchen will provide instructions on how to return goods in an appropriate manner. These details can be obtained by contacting our Customer Service Department at support@marionskitchen.com
We do not accept the return of products, based on change of mind or incorrect choices on the original order. Refunds are only eligible for damaged products, including cookbooks, caused by third party carriers. Requests for reimbursement must be made within 7 days from the day the package is marked as delivered. Our team will review this case by case, please contact us via the contact us form with pictures for evidence. Please note that reimbursement can only be made if the evidence is provided.
What information do you require for the refund?
The goods in their original condition were received including unmarked packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase in the form of the original tax invoice/receipt.
If I return an item to Marion’s Kitchen, will I get reimbursed for shipping costs?
No, your original shipping costs will not be refunded except where the product returned is found by Marion’s Kitchen to be faulty.
How long will it take to get my refund?
A refund takes approximately 30 days and will be paid back to your original payment source at marionskitchen.com
I have a problem with my cookware that I purchased from marionskitchen.com. How do I have it assessed?

Can I cancel my order?
We offer free cancellation within 24hrs of your order being placed. You can submit a request to cancel your order and your payment refunded any time before it is marked as shipped by contacting us at support@marionskitchen.com
